can anybody explain me how this website works,bcs i am confused

so the link is  lhtranslation.net/ and after the slash goes other link parts 
but when you click on the Home button on any manga,it brings you on to 
lhtranslation.net// (with double slashes),and any manga links from there have the same // instead of / ,they doesnt have same comments under the manga chapters,but has the same comments under the manga title pages,and has the same login account,how does this even works?

Anyone knows where the original Light Novel is translated?

(the story has WN wich is kinda different story,and this manga based on LN wich is a reboot of WN,and i cant find the translated LN,and waiting for manga to update is just painfull)
